Sphynx cat and persian cat care/keeping them together?
Hi, in about 7 months time i hope to have two new cats.A Sphynx and a Persian, now i know they are very differant in the fluff department so i was wondering whether they'd be able to live together in perfect harmony?And also, any tips dvice you would give me on caring for them when be good, thankyou Also, i was wondering about letting them out, i've heard house cats are genrally unhappy, and stink, but i'd be worried about letting them out, i live near a road where there is a police station at the top and my friend says letting her cats out the back they still just wonder to the front, my next door neighbor has a ginger cat that is out all the time, it's very old and not very active now and will probably die soon, but it's never had an accident on the road, i would still worry though.I wouldn't want them cooped up indoors all day, on their own while i'm at college and the next door neighbors cats seem nice enough, i don't know whether the old one will still be alive in 7 months time but they have the the other one they could befriend.I'm also worried about them being kidnapped, could i get them fitted with micro chips that track them because i really wouldn't want them to be kidnapped.Will the sphynx be ok in the English whether anyway, it might get cold, and we live near a park where people walk their dogs, and omg it really doesn't seem safe letting them out but i don't want them to be sad house catsD Help LTankyou < 3Oil stains, LOLWUT? When you say once a week, can this mean atleast would i be able to wash it twice a week to decrease the chances of oil stains??Is it going to be a really greasy cat?And i have decided to keep them as indoor cats, the litter will be by my back door and will be kept clean as much as possible, i think they will be enough to keep eachother company if they are indoor cats
Persian cat care? (rear end fur issues)?
How do i maintain my kitty's rear end to be feaces free?He's still young so he can't manage to keep himself clean properly yet.Should i trim the fur on his butt? How do i do it?Or are there any tips you could give me?Thanks.

So are Persian's a good cat for a first time cat owner. I love cats and i've worked at a pet hotel. I was the self proclaimed Mayor of Kitty City, so i know about cats but I've never ahd one for myself
