Are munchkin cats with no tails rare?
so we have like 3 outside cats and they are wild but we always feed and two of them are tailless. There is also a wild munchkin cat that hangs around, I dont know if he was someones pet that got out or what but he is definitely a munchkin and now we got 4 kittens outside, one of which is a munchkin with no tail. I tried finding others like it online but didnt come up with anything. Is this very rare or something?ya well we got one neutered but its kinda hard to trap them to get them all fixed. there is no way in hell of catching them and they are smart enough to know how to avoid the traps we get. so there is a reason why they are having babies. what you want us to do shoot them?

I read somewhere that their legs actually make jumping and running harder and that its harmful. But then i read somewhere else that they are very fast cats despite their short legs and that it isn't harmful even though its a mutation.Does anyone know if its actually harmful or not?Thanks

Well my family and I are planning to get a munchkin cat in the near future but we are just curious if they need and special kind of furniture because of their size kitty condos, littler boxes, ect. if you know please tell us.Thank you.Well then bless the scientist that made these deformed creatures, because they are convenient.Okay I'm sorry but everyone keeps talking about health problems in these animals but that's true about any animal, any animal could get sick or injured and I could care less what the cat people of America say, I also think it's horrible that people are putting them down for their small body.So it's basically like kitty discrimination.

well i love the cute little dogs, but for religious reasons it is unlikly that i will ever own one except if i have a back yard and i cant afford this in my country . A friend of ours is getting transferred with the military and has offered to give us their Munchkin cat Looking for more info on the breed before we commit to taking her. I've looked alot up online but am looking for real life experiences, health problems etc. Our vet has no experience with them.
