My kitty cat sneezes a lot and one of his eyes is pinkish and closed and kinda runny ? hes like 7

Take him to the vet. Cats get respiratory infections just like people.

Rub his eye with a a Luke warm wetted q-tip. It's just pink eye. Hope he feels better!
