A cats personality are based on the individual, not the breed. So being friendly and cuddly would depend on the individual cat, not on what breed it is. Edit And a hairless cat is Not good for someone with allergies, it's not the fur that causes an allergy.

Not really. If your allergic, get a hairless one. If not, get a furry one. Those hairless ones are not at all cheap, and if you are not allergic, you'll regret getting one. They are still cute, but not as much fun and tend to get diseases

Hairless cats are just like normal furry cats- and even more special! They can be cuddly as a persian or they can be grumpy. It's based on personality. I think they are very sweet and love to be held and pet just as much as any others. But it depends on who your cat is- they're all special!
