Question: How do i train a cat to get along with dogs?

I have a lot of friends with dogs that get along perfecly with cats, but my cat attacks them and any other dog it comes across. everything i can find off either yahoo or google is about how to get a dog to get along with cats, and thats not what i need. help?

I hate to say it but you can't train a cat... A dog has a master - A cat has servants. That's why there has never been a show called the cat whisperer.

Honestly, its not likely. my cat use to chase dogs. she did it her entire life until she passed away. cats normally have to be raised around dogs to get along with them, and even then their only close to that particular dog and getting them to accept a new one takes time.
