Question: How do i prevent my cat cat from peeing on things?

I am buying a male rag doll kitten on sunday who is 13 weeks old, i already have a 3 year old female moggy who's temperment is good she gets along with other cats and she is desexed who has already had one litter of kittens once before. My problem is when I bought a kitten before hand he was threatend by the other cat (the other cat was not the one i have currently) I am worried that this kitten will do the same thing. Is there anyway I can prevent it from happening, Seperate litter trays? getting him desexed straight away? Please help :)

I think that there is some sort of spray that will keep the cat from peeing in that certain spot

Trust me there is nothing you can do i have tried EVERYTHING none of the sprays work ive tried most of the store sprays i even made my own with lemon and lime (lemon and lime are supposed to make them not spray cause they dont like it) you just have to get them fixed really early be for they even know how to spray

Introduce them slowly, don't just throw them together and hope for the best.
