Hyperthyroid hyperthyroidism cat vomiting runny stool after medication methimazole tapazole?
I have an older cat who has hyperthyroidism it's taking methimazole once a day and blood work was just rechecked, everythings fine with the dosage, xrays were done everything else seems fine. It's on very quality canned food. I usually give the medicine orally after he eats but then he sometimes throws up its just a liquidy food mess or has runny stools. Sometimes its soon after othertimes its later that night but its not everyday but when it happens it seems to be if I give the medicine close to the food. Do you recommend giving it to him BEFORE a couple hrs that I feed him or at night? Or is this just typical of a hyperthyroid kitty.Thanks for the help

My 2 yr old cat vomiting her food. Vet said allergic to chicken and beef by-products. Help please?
He is a stray we adopted and didn't get good nutrition as a kitten. Flea infested had roundworms, all gone now but started vomiting about two weeks ago and is losing weight. Vet said we have to find a food with no by'products, tough to do He received steroid shot at vets and on antibiotic for 3 weeks as his body was losing hair and these scabs began appearing and got severe. Anyone can help me please? I would be so grateful. About my cat vomiting.?
I adopted a shelter cat. I am feeding him Blue. In the morning he eats, then drinks water, then throws up . Not every day, but most days. During the day he eats just fine and eats treats as well with no problem. What's going on??

My family has a cat who is around 9 years old. He has recently been vomiting a lot recently, more than he has in all these years. We feed him Deli Cat and Temptations treats. He is in excellent shape otherwise, he is a very active, well behaved cat. He mostly lives outside and in our garage, only coming inside occasionally. What can I do for my cat vomiting?
Well this started maybe a month ago. My cat she is 2 years old and her name is Bella. She started throwing up. I tried changing her food in case the brand of food I was feeding her was upsetting her stomach. That hasn't seemed to help. I have tried the fur ball medication, although it's kind of hard to get her to take it. Anyway even though she is getting sick and throwing up it hasn't seemed to bother her appetite. She is still active and playful.

Why is my cat vomiting white bubbles? HELP?
My cat is 4 year old male, who recently he's been vomiting white bubbles couple times a day for about 4 days. He does not eat, and only drinks a little bit of water. We took him to the vet, and the physical exam was clean, and the blood test was clean too. I don't know what else to do to help him? He is not neutered, and he does not pee very often.The vet also assumed that it might be poisoning, and we tried force feeding him, but everything he eats he just throws up more. But thanks anyways

HELP! 8 mo.cat vomiting, should I be this worried?
My cat was neutered and given the distemper and rabies vaccine on friday, on saturday he was fine but ever since sunday he has been throwing up on and off. His behavior otherwise is completely normal he doesn't appear to be in pain, he's still making bowel movements and urinating. He's also eating only a little though and drinking water. His vomit changes consistency often, but most recently it's been watery and a little foamy white. I've called a few different vets, the first two just completely rode me off and told me they were busy with other things and for me to call back tomorrow, the last one didn't seem too concerned but said for me to bring him in if I felt it was necessary. This vet is a vet e.r. and particularly expensive so I don't even know if I can afford to bring him in, but if he honestly needs to be brought in i'm willing to use every cent I have. please help should I be this concerned?

Last night I heard my cat It sounded like he was having a hair ball so I went to the living room to make sure everything was ok. I saw he had vomited out a yellow piece of something and there was a string from a blanket so I thought it was ok he just swallowed something. When I was walking to the kitchen to go get a paper towel to clean it up and I stepped in something clear watery substance. I thought it was just some water he spilt out of his water bowl so I cleaned up the mess and went to sleep. So today I saw my cat cough up a clear watery liquid I have no clue what it is it looks like a mix of water and spit. What is it and will he be okay? And what was the yellow thing he vomited?

My cats vomiting, what's wrong with her?
Today my cat Ally started puking, when it started all the vets were closed so I can't bring her now, but I'm gonna bring her in tomorrow. She jumped up on the chair, puked off the chair twice, puked on it twice, and puked on the other side of the floor once. She didn't have fever. She was fine for a few hours, but it just started up again. The first two or three times it was food but now it's all liquidy. She still has no fever. Does anything know what the problem could possible be?

Cat vomits too much and lost his voice?
I am taking him to the vet tomorrow but i want to get a second opinion so he is 1.5 years old, he was a stray cat before and now almost never goes outside...but a few days ago almost completely lost his voice and the worst part is vomiting associated with coughs in the meantime. He doesn't have any other symptoms..apetite is ok, no sneezing or runny eyes nose just the damn vomiting that goes on once a day in 4 days in a row at first i thought it's the usual 'cat hairballs' but it seems more common for such a thing and i noticed his lost voice. And ok there's one more symptom lethargy...he doesn't seem playful as usual. I have 2 other cats and they seem ok at the moment. I guess it's some allergy i also bought food by royal canin for such cases but it got even worse...usually he eats whiskas pouches. 10x

We got a cat that has been in heat for about 3 days and she has vomited twice in those 3 days. But she is upset cause we won't let her go outside and she's clawing the door and then vomited. Is it common for a cat in heat to throw up? Or if a cat is upset?

One of my cats vomits after she eats, anywhere from a half an hour to a few hours after. She is overweight, so she only gets a third of a cup of dry food in her dish a day and that's all. She eats like she is never going to get fed again hense her being overweight , my other cat is free fed because she will ration herself and she can maintain her weight. This obviously poses a problem because the hefty kitty will steal food. I can't put Stella's free feeder food anywhere up high because she is afraid of height the highest she will put herself is my bed and I've tried putting her on a feeding schedule as well but she isn't going for it. Cocoa cat that vomits has always vomited after eating, she is 8, we have always assumed she ate too fast because it was always undigested food. Recently, I did a little looking and switched the cats food to a more natural food. They were on Kirkland's Weight Management food and now they are on Blue Buffalo Weight Management. I gradually changed the food, she doesn't have intestinal parasites I work at an animal shelter and did a fecal float at work , she doesn't have any changes with her energy level or any other indicating factors of an internal problem, but I would like to be able to get her to stop vomiting. Should I try sensetive stomach formulas? I'm going to talk with my vet about different foods but am bringing her in only as a last resort. She is very nervous around new people and will bite who ever touches her, no matter if it is someone she knows or not. So rather than putting her through the added stress right away, I want to use as many resources as possible to help. If you know anything that I could try please let me know. Other extra info is she always has formed stool, she is hydrated, teeth and mouth look great. Anything will help. Please don't tell me to take her to the vet, I will as a last resort.
