Why is my cat throwing up this foamy yellow liquid?
So a few days ago I had brought in a stray kitten from outside to find it a home which was successful and all but it evidently had fleas. We've since done several things to get rid of them, including putting flea collars on both the cats. The other seems to have no problem but the one throwing up...I don't know. She seems weak ish and not very interested in moving around and hasn't eaten all day. We took the collar off which I'm not sure was the source of the problem or not.Also, we don't have a vet and going to an emergency hospital isn't really an option....pretty bad off on the money department. Any GOOD news would be highly appreciated because I'm very upset and we have limited options.
Old cat throwing up white foamy vomit... What could be wrong with her?
She is 17 years old and has gotten very skinny over the past few months... Usually throughout the day she stays in one spot unless she is going to drink or use the cat box... I'm worried because for the past hour and a half she's been walking around our appartment vomiting a white foamy type of thing... Please help????
Why is my cat throwing up?
He's thrown up his food twice in 24 hours. But, the way he does it...it's like he's giving it to us as a treat.He just went to the Vet thursday for a check up and he received an A for his wellness. He also had his rabies shot when he was there.The food he's throwing up isn't digested and is masticated. And he acts REALLY happy when you clean it up. What's up with this?I've been reading that the vomiting might be an adverse reaction to the rabies shot, is this possible?
Why is my cat throwing up after eating?
My cat has been throwing up A LOT recently. It happens for like weeks straight then he stops for a while. I think that he could be trying to eat as much food as he can before the other two cats get them. He is the only male and the oldest of them cats. But I dont understand why he would be protective over his food so much that he throws it all back up and then suddenly stop. Why is he doing it in a weird pattern? Also, Please dont suggest going to a Vet. That is a NO BRAINER. Im just looking for opinions before I spend a lot of money on something I could easily fix at home.
My cat throwing up after new food?
We switched my cat from purina kitten chow to nutro max adult cat food about a week ago. He's almost 11 months old. We feed him half a cup of kibble in the morning and at dinner time we feed him half a can of wet food. The wet food we haven't changed. In the first few days, we didn't notice any problems and he seemed to enjoy the new kibble. However, both today and yesterday he's thrown up an hour or so after dinner. Everything else looks totally fine very hyper active cat, normal poo etc. and seems otherwise healthy. What could be causing his vomiting?

My siamese cat threw up on the floor twice today. I know cats just throw up sometimes but I'm wondering if she can sense that I'm going to leave next month, and is stressed out. Can cats sense stuff like that?
Cat throwing up quite a bit?
My cat was missing for 36 days lost 4 pds and we found her last week. Took her to a vet they ran bloodwork and all came back normal. Only thing is she keeps throwing up...like 3 4 times a day. Could it be that she is eating too much too fast and I should get her on a sensitive tummy food? Also, going to take a stool sample in to make sure it's not worms...although her poop and vomit has had no worms and stools seem healthy. THOUGHTS? I feel bad bc I have her locked in a room in our basement so she doesn't keep puking on our carpets upstairs.I keep calling the vet and they keep trying to throw de wormer at me but everytime i give it to her she gags. I told them I want them to test her poop first before upsetting her tummy anymore by giving her dewormer that she may not need. I think i may need to try new vet. they arent doing much for hershe seems to puke sporatically. vet mentioned if not worms they want to do an xray?Vomit is orangey yellow and has chunks in it food.
Senior cat threw up all day?
The other day, my mom made the mistake of giving my cats an entirely different type of food. It didn't agree with either one of them, for obvious reasons. Yesterday, my senior cat was totally fine. She does throw up often, but she gobbles food and is otherwise healthy. However today, she threw up quite a bit. This morning she gobbled food and threw it up with a hairball. And then she ate a little later and threw up again. Now, she just nibbled on some hard food and started gagging, but kept the food down. Is it normal for cats to have after affects of trying new food? And can cats throw up more than once due to hairballs? I'm quite worried, and obviously I will bring her to the vet tomorrow if she is still throwing up. She has also had diarrhea a couple of days ago, which is from the new food disagreeing with her belly, I believe.She's been completely playful, normal, and happy otherwise today.We bring her to the vet regularly, and she always gets a clean bill of health. I just wonder if something can happen to her so suddenly. I would assume not, but you never know these days...I really worry about her lol, she's my little buddy.
Cat throwing up? Help!!!?
My two year old cat has thrown up twice in a week she then eats it and is acting fine do I need to take her to the vet? It's usually at night and then we find a spot in the morning.

Cat Threw Up Roundworm, But Apparently Doesnt Have Worms?
I got two kittens about two months ago and they're both 5 months old now littermates . The person who I got them from had taken in a stray pregnant cat and therefore their mother never had any real vetting. When I first picked them up, they were flea ridden but a Dawn bath solved that problem in one night. That wasn't the end of their parasites though. By the second day I had them, it became apparent they had tapeworms 'sesame seeds' in their beds . No big deal, I had them to the vet the next day. They were given what I believe was their first routine wormer, as well as distemper shots and whatnot. In order to guarantee the tapeworms would be killed, they gave my kittens each a fraction of a pill of Cestex, which I had to give them another fraction of a pill two weeks later.on their second vet visit, they showed no more signs of worms and their fecal samples tuupckean clean. By their third vet visit, it was just routine shots and whatnot again, still nothing of concern and I had a different Betty's third time and they wanted to take fecal samples again just invade. They came out clear. But a few days after this third visit, one of my two kittens threw up a roundworm. I've fostered plenty of cats and I'm a biologist, so I know it was a roundworm. It was about an inch and a half long and was very lively when she threw it up. Other than vomiting once, she showed no other signs of discomfort and went promptly back to wrestling with her sibling. I took them to the vet again a different vet since I'm away from from and visiting family for a while and have my cats with me and they came up with another clear fecal sample. They sent me home with those yellow reworked liquids in syringes to treatthem just in case there's anything else. So I guess my question is, how could one of my cats having already been given a dewormer and had taken Cestex, still throw up a very lively and large roundworm and still have clean stool samples? How did the worm survive those medications? I know there are stages in the roundworm lifecycle where they aren't in the cats digestive tract, so could it have just not been in the digestive tract when my cats were given medicine orally? And if that's a possibility, how can I be sure this current dewormer will actually get rid of worms remaining worms?To the first two people who answered thanks for taking the time to click my link but it helps if you actually read and comprehend what I took the time to write. My cats have been to the vets four times in the couple months I've owned them. They've gotten all their standard shots and vaccines along with several wormers. My question is more " how was this worm still alive" then " oh mygod a worm what do I do." I'm a biologist and by no means animal ignorant.It didn't come from her lungs, she expelled it along with her dinner and she gagged for several seconds before actually vomit so I'm almost certain it wad in her gut. And no, they have eaten any rodents. They're indoors only and I'm on the top floor of a very clean apartment buildling and I've never seen rodents in here before so highly unlikely. And yes, they gave me two syringes for each cat this time that I have to give to them two weeks apart. I'm sure they'll be fine in a couple weeks now that they're getting something specifically for the roundworms, just curious how that little bugger could have still been in her and been so large and healthy when she's been given workers before and had had three clean fecal samples now. You're right, its very possible there just weren't eggs in any of those samples, but I've fostered almost 200 cats in the past several years and not once has a vet said their clean just for me to witness them hack
Why does my cat throw up during the night?
Hi guys, one of my cats keeps throwing up during the night. it's happened the last 2 nights now. i'm thinking it's my male cat because he's gone off his food slightly, but he also has diarrhoea. the cats do go outside, they've been spayed neutered so i don't know if he's eaten something nasty outside. what i don't understand is why he only throws up at night and not during the day? i've decided to put them both on dry food for a few days but can anyone make any suggestions?

My cat Lucky He puked up a big think that looked lik emeatloaf, and when i wiped it up it was all soft. I thought he had a hairball. Looked more like food.Is my kitty ok? And do you guys remember what Lucky looks like?
My cat threw up white?
He just vomited very little and its kind of white. he is an outdoor cat.. what could this mean? please help he is also acting a little lethargic obviously. is he just sick?
