Raw cat food diet recipe please?
My cat is female, nine years old and has CONSTANT diarrhea. Has had this for years. I suspect irritable bowl syndrome. My cat's a stray. When I got her her teeth had been kicked out. So she's no teeth and I give her wet food. Any food I give her..goes through her in minutes. GROSS PART she hasn't had a solid bowl movement in a long time. Years to be specific. My other cat is fine..apart from being fat he doesn't have the problem my other one does. How to I prepare the raw cat food diet? Any recipes, how to?

I feed my cats wet and dry food. Lately one of my cats has been vomiting right after eating the dry. It seems she can no longer eat dry. I have tried every cat food brand on the market. What is wrong with my dog?? She is a 7-month old bichon-poodle mix & eats everything from cat food to undies.?
All I can give you now is a bit of history. We bought her on October 4th. She was doing great until Saturday of that week I remember because I was in bed with a migraine all day and I'd hear my mom chase Josie that's our dog's name outside every few hours. After that, she was pretty much locked outside for a month because she kept going potty inside.We finally broke her of that early November, only to have her get another bad habit eating shoes. We finally put them all in the entryway and closed the door to that area. Josie's bad habit has progressed from eating shoes to eating everything she can get her teeth on. This includes headphones, cords specifically the vacuum cleaner cord , cat food, slippers, cigarette butts, the drawstring of a sweater, the plastic wheels on my computer stand, paper, leaves, tree bark, alcohol swabs, and several pairs of underwear.The only reason I can come up with for all this madness is an eating disorder, but I don't think Josie has Pica or overeats. She's not anxious to my knowledge. She plays with Snickers my cat whenever possible and is hyper as a puppy could be. Is she still a puppy at 7 months? I don't know. We haven't found any baby teeth, which would explain her eating habits to an extent.Before you make any judgements about Josie, Mom, and I, please read this short bio. Mom works from 3 to 11 p.m. three to four days a week. When she is gone, I am most often alone with Josie. I am a visually impaired student attending college. I can't watch her all the time not only do I have homework, I also have 20 200 vision. I can rarely see what Josie is eating. I have grown more aware of her actions, but I still don't catch her eating something she's not supposed to half the time until it's too late. Not to mention I am a cat person, so I am indeed not without bias.I am open to any suggestions. I'll do anything to make all three of our lives a little easier.
Is innova a good cat food?
My cat's cat food smells and makes her poop stink so I'm thinking about changing it. Right now I feed her Max Cat for kittens. Would innova be a better food to switch to? I couldn't find EVO at my pet store, so no. Whats a good brand of food for dogs and cats? I want something healthy for them without all the other additives they usually add to the food. Also, I dont want to pay an arm and a leg for it either. Any suggestions?

I've been feeding him Blue for a couple years now, but lately he just seems bored with it. He's still eating, and I let him out to hunt, but he sniffs at my food like he would rather eat tofu than chicken. I've considered switching him to Newman's Own Organic dry cat food and supplementing with their wet cat foods, plus cat vitamins and breath mint treats. Their food is human grade and organic, and free range meat is the first ingredient. I hope it will be better for him, and I'll be consulting his vet at his next check up, but I was just wondering if anyone feeds their cat Newman's and if the cat seems to like it.ANY suggestion or advice is welcome. Does wet cat food go bad after sitting out for a few hours?
My cat is the type who only eats a very tiny bit at a time. 1 4 cup of dry food will last her an entire day because she will only eat a few pieces at a time throughout the day. Of course this isn't a problem with dry food because it can be left out all day, but I know wet food goes bad if left out. She usually finishes the amount I give her within 2 3 hours. I'm just afraid that by the time she's done with it, it's already gone bad or dried out or whatever. I just wanted to know if the food's still safe for her if not eaten immediately. NOTE that I only let it sit for a few hours, not all day, so don't tell me to refrigerate leftovers. I already refrigerate what she won't be finishing that day, since she never eats a whole can anyway. I can't possibly take out as little as she will eat immediately, because it would be too little.
Why do my cats eat meow mix cat food better than anything else i try to feed them?

Safe non prescription cat food for crystals in urine?
My male cat had a urethral block and couldn't wee. A vet that saw him unblocked the plug and he got blocked again a week later only worse and in more pain and was weeing blood. I took him to see a different vet who checked properly this time and found crystals in his urine. The vet told me that he has a very small urethral opening and because he found it uncomfortable to wee before he got blocked he would wee a lot in one go he would hold it in for as long as he could which gave the crystals time to grow. It is not a dehydration thing because he drinks quite a bit. He has been on prescription food now for over a year which makes him wee regularly and he hasn't had a problem since, but the food is really expensive and not much cheaper online. Is there an alternative cheaper food that will actually work as well as the prescription food? Or food I could make at home that stops crystals growing makes him wee more? I don't want to risk it though on foods that haven't been proven to work.Thanks.

I looked it up and the PURINA one site says the first ingredient is salmon...
