Are calico cats dangerous?
am trying to rescue a calico cat i found her in my cousins back yard and she has two black and white kittens i want the mom and her kids i don't have every thing ready yet but i will,i have time in tell she worms up to me and i was just wondering she is a stray how hard is it to tame her and her kids are 3 4 weeks old they will get use to every thing right? and are they active cats or sleepy heads please help me ....................................thank you

When I was younger I was told that all calico brown, black and white cats are female. I have always believed this to be true since all the cats I have had so far have been calico and female. I have a calico girl kitty that Is about 1 year old. I could maybe can get a boy cat that has tiger strips. My question Is will these cats get along together. I was thinking I would get this one for my cat to have a friend but will they get along that well though. I guess this cat Is also nuetered like my cat so they cant have maybe Is that correct. Could you maybe tell me a little bit about If these cats will get along together I guess the lady says he has his front claws I am hoping that this one wont be scratching at my parents door like our calico kitty did waking them up all night then we paid to get her de clawed. I adopted a calico cat about 3 years old and every once in awhile for no reason she bite me hard.?
I have had cats for over 45 years and have never seen this behavior before. Is there anything I can do to change her biting habit? I don't know what has happen to her in the past. I sure love her but I dont like being bitten hard enough to draw blood
My calico cat is annoying and... fat!?!?
I still own this calico cat and been having it over a year now, almost two years together Ever since February 2011, I got a dog. Oh, I also have another grayish cat too. The gray one is so peaceful and just pass the dog to go upstairs. The calico one have been meowing like CRAZY I found out that all she wanted was to go upstairs like my other cat does. Literally, everyday, I have to carry my calico girl upstairs, two flights of stairs Now she's happy up there, but when she goes downstairs she wants to come up again Ok, that's the annoying part of her. The " fat" part is that, she's big. She eats a whole " small" can twice a day. Should I lower the amounts of food? Is there a special diet food for cats that won't hurt them, and make my cat love it? What should I do.Now, I don't want to get rid of her... because she's gorgeous. I love her. If you say anything about giving her away, I will thumb down your answer and not place you as the best answer Oh, and no vet answer... the vet already said something.

I have a calico cat, she's very tiny, and somewhat young. We thought she wasn't pregnant, but turns out she is my sister abandoned her, and when she moved away the cat came back . Her belly sticks out on the sides, and she's gotten lazy. I don't know how many weeks pregnant she is, and I have no clue about how to help her through delivery. I mean, because of her size, I don't think she'd have a big litter... and I think some of them would come out dead, anyways my niece threw the cat around a lot, and we didn't know she was pregnant prior to then .I just need help with what to do.I don't want to sound like a bad owner, it's just that I had a boy cat before, and we weren't supposed to have any other cats, so I'm not used to a female cat.
